After months of intensive renovation, the apartments were completed and delivered, and the shop at the Rokin is ready for a new tenant. Before the demolition could start in March and the entire building could be made hull, there were quite a few months before the permit application was approved, in which several designs were submitted to the municipality, until it gave its approval on the current design. The shop at the Rokin is hereby delivered in shell-state so that the future tenant is free to determine the layout. The facade has been restored to its former glory with its oak wooden facade over the entire height of 4.10m! The contractor GF Deko has worked with great attention to detail and with love for the national monument during the entire renovation, and that is visible! It is a wonderful result. We can therefore look back with satisfaction on a successful project.
