In one of ‘the 9-streets’ in Amsterdam, in the premises of the old “Hotel Belga’ a boutique hotel with five luxury suites opened in early May. Just ten months after the start of the demolition phase, after a thorough renovation and remodeling, ‘Hotel IX’ opened its doors.
Frames have been renewed, facades restored and roofs have new trusses. Heyligers d+p designed the whole interior. SEP Blueprint Architects was responsible for the building permit.
