From September 15, 2018, all ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certificates will no longer be valid. HEYLIGERS d+p did not want to wait for that and decided to move on to the new standard early. After the transition audit from the old to the new standard in September last year, we now had the first periodic external audit to validate our quality management system according to the new standard. We have successfully completed this audit!
ISO 9001 has a completely new structure: the High Level Structure (HLS). This simplifies the integration of management systems. The HLS also ensures that insight into the risks and opportunities, the compliance obligations and the wishes and expectations of stakeholders are the starting point for managing the organization and managing the business processes.
