For this office renovation, Heyligers architects created a future-oriented working environment that combines efficient use of space with working comfort. By optimising the office space while retaining the number of workstations, a smart, flexible layout was created. The redesign introduces a non-personalised working environment based on activity-related working. Lockers, central storage areas, concentration areas and meeting rooms in various sizes support this way of working and give employees the freedom to choose the right place for each activity.
In addition, the coffee bar, restaurant and reception area have been redesigned and together form the heart of the office. The coffee bar offers space for informal consultations and serves as a meeting place for gatherings and drinks, thereby strengthening collaboration and interaction within the organisation.
In close collaboration with various partners, a future-proof interior has been created, with a strong focus on sustainability. High-quality materials, energy-efficient lighting and installations, and the reuse of existing elements form the basis for this. The result is a light, transparent and warm office that is ready for the future — an environment where people feel welcome and can work comfortably.
