Johanna Westerdijkplein The Hague<\/h2>\n

Location: Johanna Westerdijkplein, The Hague

\nBreathing new life into old buildings. We did this together with the American real estate fund Union Street.<\/p>\n

Union Street has several old office buildings in the Netherlands and asked us for the concept development, design and execution supervision. The result? A social hub with a coffee bar, reception, meeting space. Premises made attractive to tenants again. This concept is now coming to life at Johanna Westerdijkplein.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

The coffee bar and caf\u00e9 create a meeting place in the building. Not only because this is the reception area, but also to just catch up, have lunch or just work. In addition, tenants can book the meeting room to get together with a group.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The building is in an A-location: diagonally across from train station’Holland Spoor’. For this reason, we moved the entrance to this corner of the building.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
