Valley Zuidas Amsterdam<\/h2>\n

Locatie: Beethovenstraat, Amsterdam.
\nOppervlakte: ong. 30.000 m2 (woningen).
\nWerkzaamheden: interieurontwerp appartementen.
\nGeplande oplevering: 2021
\nValley wordt een gebouw voor gemengd gebruik met woningen, kantoren, een skybar, restaurants, winkels, een ondergrondse parkeergarage en culturele voorzieningen.
\nHeyligers design+projects is uitgekozen voor het maken van een interieurontwerp ten aanzien van de inrichting van de appartementen. Valley is ontwikkeld door OVG Real Estate en ontworpen door het architectenbureau MVRDV met innovatieve en natuurlijke kenmerken. De naam \u2018Valley\u2019 verwijst naar het landschap door en door het gebouw, dat doet denken aan een vallei. Internationaal gerenommeerde landschapsarchitect Piet Oudolf cre\u00eberde het landschapsontwerp in het dal en op de terrassen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

De focus van het landschap ligt op duurzaamheid en een gezonde werk- en leefomgeving. Valley zal ook grotendeels open zijn voor het publiek, met openbare ruimtes in het hele gebouw.
\nValley heeft een totale bruto vloeroppervlakte van ongeveer 75.000 m2, met een maximale hoogte van ongeveer 100 meter in de hoogste toren van het gebouw. Wat het residenti\u00eble gedeelte betreft, zullen er 196 appartementen zijn, vari\u00ebrend in grootte van 55 tot 700 m2, die allemaal zullen worden verhuurd.
